Breakage and Returns

All claims must be made in writing with photos, within 2 days of delivery. Claims of a later date will not be honored. Original packaging must be kept for 7 days.

We will not expect returns that have been used or tampered with. If your candles arrives broken, please do not use it, contact us about breakage. 

If arrived broken, we will file a claim with shipping company and then either reimburse you or send you a new product. On select orders we will ask that you send the damaged product back to use, we will issue a return label.

We are subject to deny claims. 

Returns are accepted only with prior approval. Returns must be kept in original packaging and must be returned in resellable condition in order for credit to be given. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Freight is the responsibility of the client.
